| Now that I have the plywood I can begin marking out the parts and cutting them out. This however is a lot harder than I thought. The plans at first sight do not give enough detail to mark out the plans. But after detailed inspection it all starts to make sense.

| For now I am marking out one sheet at a time, cutting it and then drilling any holes. On average it is taking roughly 7 hours per sheet. This is because of the complexity of the parts and the fact that I can't afford to make any mistakes.

Now that all the parts are cut out I can begin to put things together. The pannels are first zip tied together and then the joints are filleted with resin and foam particles before being covered with a strip of fibreglass tape.

Now the resin has set, the structure is rock solid and suprisingly light. |
